These bars have the perfect taste/texture and are great fuel for my workouts - when I am on dayshift I train at 2am and there is no way on earth I'm getting up even earlier to make a "real" meal, so I grab a Kattouf bar as I'm getting dressed & drinking my preworkout, and I am good to go!
