The Ultimate Egg Scramble

This high-octane meal will fuel your body with the following:

  • 413 Calories
  • 50% Carbohydrate
  • 27% Protein
  • 23% Fat

 

Ingredients:

2 TBSP Salsa

1 slice cheese

1/4c Green pepper

1/4c Diced tomato

1c Baby Spinach

1 Sweet Potato

1 Egg

3 Egg Whites

 

Instructions:

Place sweet potato in microwave for 4-6 minutes and then dice sweet potato. In a pan/skillet place sweet potato, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, egg and egg whites. Cook everything into a scramble, top with cheese slice and salsa and enjoy this incredible meal!
