Cereal; a food many enjoy but all too often shy away from thinking it does not fit into one’s nutrition program. Well, shy away no more. Let’s make cereal a great tasting, well balanced meal/snack.
No doubt, this will be the best bowl of cereal, ever (and properly balanced with the ideal ratio of Carbohydrate-Protein-Fat). When the vanilla-cinnamon of the Load-Reload meets the peanut butter & almond milk and is poured over the cereal, whoa; watch out!
This bowl of cereal will provide the body with the following high-octane fuel:
- 398 calories
- 52% Carbohydrate
- 20% Protein
- 28% Fat
2 tsp Peanut Butter (63 calories)
1 scoop Load-Reload (105)
1 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened (30)
2 cups Cheerios – Plain (200)
In a blender, mix up the Load-Reload + peanut butter + almond milk. Once blended together, this is your 'milk'; pour over your cereal and enjoy!
