Salted Caramel Smoothie!

Oh yes, get ready for an amazing, incredible tasting smoothie. The Salted Caramel Smoothie! This power-packed, high-octane smoothie will provide your body with the following fuel:
533 Calories (use 1/2 of all ingredients for a lower calorie version, 266.5 calories)
1 TBSP Honey
1/2c Blueberries, Frozen
3/4c Oats (measured Dry)
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 scoop KAT-PRO
In a high-powered blender, start with a small amount of water (6-8 oz) + ice. You can add more water depending on the consistency you like. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy this incredible smoothie. Depending on your nutrition needs and goals, use 1/2 of all the ingredients for a lower calorie version (266.5 calories).
