Power-Up: Jasmine Rice Bowl

Let’s eat those carbohydrates and power up that body and brain. This Jasmine Rice Bowl will provide the body with the following high-octane fuel:

  • 395 calories
  • 53% Carbohydrate
  • 25% Protein
  • 22% Fat



1 TBSP Parmesan & Romano Cheese, Grated (30 calories)

¼ c Diced Tomatoes (15)

1 c Baby Spinach (10)

3 oz Beef, Ground, Extra Lean (135)

1 c Jasmine Rice (cooked) (205)


Prepare rice on stove top, rice cooker or similar. Brown ground beef in pan/skillet. Warm baby spinach and tomatoes over low heat on stovetop. Mix all ingredients together and top off with Romano cheese.
