Oatmeal Turkey Burger

Fuel the body right with this great tasting Oatmeal Turkey Burger. This high-octane meal will power up your body with the following fuel:

    423 calories

    55% Carbohydrate

    27% Protein

    18% Fat



1 tsp Mustard

1 TBSP Catsup/ketchup

1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables (steamed)

2 TBSP Guacamole Dip

1 Hamburger Bun, Wheat

3 oz 99% Lean Ground Turkey

1/8 cups Oats (measured Dry)



Add dry oats to ground turkey and form a patty. Cook on stovetop, grill, etc. Steam vegetables and serve alongside turkey burger. Add turkey burger to bun, top off with guacamole, ketchup, mustard and enjoy. In addition, add lettuce, tomato, onion if you choose.
