·      400 Calories

·      52% Carbohydrate

·      24% Protein

·      25% Fat

 

Ingredients:

1 TBSP Peanut Butter

1 scoop Kat-pro

1/2 cup Pancake & Waffle Mix, Complete

 

Instructions:

Mix KAT-PRO + Pancake mix w/ water and prepare pancakes on hot skillet/pan. Top w/ peanut butter & enjoy this high-octane, well-balanced meal!
