Fuel The Body Right

Let’s keep it simple and get the body fueled up right. This meal will provide the body with the following high-octane fuel:
- 414 Calories
- 57% Carbohydrate
- 22% Protein
- 22% Fat
2 tsp Almonds, chopped (57 calories)
2 TBSP Parmesan & Romano Cheese (60 cals)
½ c Plain Greek Yogurt (73 cals)
1 c Jasmine Rice (cooked) (205 cals)
1/2 c broccoli/carrots/cauliflower (19 cals)
Prepare rice, steam vegetables, chop up almonds. Mix rice, Greek yogurt and chopped almonds together. Top off with Romano cheese, serve along side steamed vegetables and enjoy this awesome meal!
