Athletes Amino? Give it a try.
I bought three products from Rick based off his advice and meeting him at an event in person. Seems like a solid sort, and his products so far have all been good to me. Some supplements make me feel like I am fatigued or stuck in cement. I was worried about these for that purpose. However, they are just fine and seem to push me when I am ready to lift. These are some big pills. So, I cut them in half. I take the required amount just in chunks because choking is not on my agenda. I would say I am not the best at taking pills so for some these may be a normal size. Maybe it is me, maybe it is the aminos but at a boxing class (just after taking) I was able to breeze through and get the class done without getting exhausted. I can not say if these products work because of science or because they are tricking my mind. Who can say, but looking at fitness sites you will see protein, creatine, BCAA, and glutamine (throw in a good multi) as being the standard norm. These are the items I use and besides the creatine they all come from Rick. So, I would say try it and if you scout the deal of the day - well then even better.
