This great tasting, well balanced Pasta Bowl will provide your body with the following high-octane fuel:

  • 461 Calories
  • 52% Carbohydrate
  • 23% Protein
  • 25% Fat

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Pasta Sauce

1 TBSP Grated Romano Cheese

1 TBSP Avocado

2 cups Baby Spinach

2 oz Extra Lean Grond Beef

3/4 cups cooked Pasta, Whole Wheat

Instructions:

Prepare pasta. Brown beef in pan/skillet using non-stick spray. Steam Spinach. Place all ingredients in a bowl and top off with sauce, avocado and Romano cheese. Enjoy this high-octane meal and fuel the body right!
